Got an issue? Most things have a quick fix.
Make sure the silent / mute switch on your iPhone is off, and that the volume is up. Pitched plays full piano samples, so a muted device produces no sound. If the issue continues, try fully closing and reopening the app.
Pitched uses your device's local time zone. If your iPhone's date/time setting is off, the puzzle boundary will shift with it. Verify Settings → General → Date & Time → "Set Automatically" is on.
Stats are stored locally with no cloud copy. Delete and reinstall the app to clear all stats; this also clears the streak and history.

Pitched does not collect any personal data. The app runs entirely on your device. There are no user accounts, no servers we control, and no third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.
When you play Pitched, the app stores the following on your device only, using the operating system's standard local-storage facility (AsyncStorage on React Native):
This information never leaves your device. We have no servers and no way to read it. If you delete the app, this data is removed by the operating system.
Pitched is rated 4+ on the App Store. Because the app collects no personal data of any kind, it complies with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar children's-privacy laws by virtue of not collecting data.
If we ever add a feature that does collect data — for example, optional cloud sync — we will update this policy and the App Privacy label on the App Store before that feature ships, and we will describe what is collected and why.
